Q. Are dogs allowed on the domain?
A. Dogs are allowed on a leash in and around Ark Brasserie and Ark Beach. At Ark Glamping dogs are NOT allowed. Please bring doggy bags so that hygiene can be guaranteed.

A. No, reservations are not necessary for the time being. We work with the full = full principle.

Q. What are the opening hours of Ark Glamping?
Q. Do you need to make a reservation for Ark Glamping?
A. Yes, you can do that via our handy online booking tool at https://arkvannoe.be/glamping-reserveren/ There you will also find more practical information about your stay and the possibilities on our domain.
Q. What are the check-in and check-out times at Ark Glamping?
A. The day of arrival you can check in from 15:00 to 20:00. The check-out is scheduled for 11:00 at the latest.
Q. Can you give more information about the sanitary facilities of Ark Glamping?
A. The sanitary facilities at Ark Glamping consist of a separate building that, like the Lakeside tents, is located next to the pond. The building with 3 showers, 4 sinks and 3 toilets is only accessible for Glampers and is located at a maximum of 60 meters from the tents.
Q. Are the tents heated?

Q. Are the tents at Ark Glamping far apart?
A. All tents are located around the pond, next to the meadow or in the woods. The distance between the tents is at least +/- 10 meters. Do you have a particular preference? Please indicate this when making your reservation.
Q. What are the breakfast formulas like?
A. Standard breakfast is included with every Ark Glamping reservation. This formula is served buffet style (when Corona allows) in Ark Brasserie. With your reservation you can book an upgrade to a Luxury breakfast. This costs €11 extra per person and you get a glass of cava as well as a more extensive breakfast. You can have both the Standard and the Luxury breakfast delivered to your tent for a surcharge of €5 (can also be added to your reservation) in the morning around 08:30.
Q. Do you have an allergy or are you vegetarian and would you like an adapted breakfast?
A. Please note this in the comments when booking. We will then provide an alternative.
Q. How can I reserve the extras such as the Luxury breakfast, canoe & kayak, hot tub, barrel sauna, etc?
Q. Can an extra person stay overnight in our tent?
Q. What is the difference between the Amani, Asili Deluxe and Pole Pole tent?
Q. What is the price for using the wood-fired hot tub or sauna?
A. You pay €65 for 2.5 hours to use the hot tub. You pay the same price for the use of the sauna (also 2.5 hours). For the price of €120 you can use both for 2.5 hours.
Q. What are the available time slots for Ark Spa (hot tub and sauna)?
A. The wood-fired hot tub and wood-fired sauna can be booked daily at 1 of the following 5 time slots:
08h00 – 10h30
11h00 – 13h30
14:00 – 16:30
17:00 – 19:30
20h00 – 22h30
Count on +/- 20 minutes of preparation to get the sauna and hot tub up to temperature. This gives you more than 2 hours to enjoy in peace.
Q. Is it allowed to bring your own bbq?

A. No, dogs are not allowed on the glamping site.

Q. Do you need to make reservations for the canoes and kayaks?
A. Yes, you can do that via the online booking form at https://booking.kano.be/
Reservations should always be made a few days in advance. The availability depends on the number of reservations we have already received and on the weather forecast. Kayaking and canoeing is possible every day after reservation.
Q: What is the distance and/or sailing time?
Q: Do we have to organise our own transport to the place of departure and from the place of arrival?
A: The passenger transport back is indeed to be provided. Usually, one (or more) cars are parked at the arrival point and one (or more) car(s) is/are brought to the departure point. For groups of 10 people or more, we can also transport the bikes from the departure point to the arrival point. If organising the transport is a problem, you can also opt for a ride up and down from Noë’s Ark and leave the car at the departure point. Of course, we are responsible for delivering and collecting the canoes and kayaks.
Q. What does a canoe or kayak trip cost?
Q: Can children sail?
A: That is certainly possible. Young children can sit on the middle seat in a Canadian canoe or on the seat between the legs of the person in the back in a double seat kayak. Older children (7 years and older) can sit in front in a double-seat kayak.
Q: Can we take our dog in the kayak or canoe?
Q: Do you have life jackets and/or waterproof barrels?
A: Yes, these can be rented at €2 each.

For groups of 25 people or more we can work with different opening hours. Ask for the possibilities via [email protected]
Tables can only be reserved inside the brasserie and in the canopy via the RESERVATION MODULE
