Ark Glamping terms and conditions

The camping accommodations and the surrounding grounds, as well as the shared facilities, must be kept completely clean. Waste belongs in the bins provided. Fly-tipping will be fined.

2. No activities may take place in the camping accommodations and no goods may be stored there that could cause a fire risk or increase the consequences of a fire.

Gas, petroleum, electric and other cooking and heating appliances must be set up so that they offer every safety guarantee. They must stand in a well-ventilated spot and on a heat-resistant plate.

3. Open fires are prohibited anywhere on the grounds. BBQs may only be lit with express permission, using the materials provided and under the supervision of the management. Firefighting equipment must always be kept close at hand.

4. In the event of damage on the campsite or an accident, the operator must be informed immediately. Any damage caused to the facilities and planting must be compensated by the glamper.

5. Smoking is prohibited inside all rental accommodations. Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace.

6. Free parking is provided for glampers. When checking in and out at reception you may use the CHECK & GO parking (which is also the parking for guests with reduced mobility). The glampers' car park is located 250 metres from reception, right next to the accommodations.

No vehicles may park on the access and internal roads, and the speed limit of 10 km/h must be respected.

7. Please respect your fellow glampers. Enjoying the peace and nature is what Ark Glamping is all about. Playing radios or other sound equipment must not disturb anyone. Quiet hours on the Glamping grounds start at 23:00 and run until 08:00.

8. For hygiene reasons, dogs are not allowed on the glamping grounds. They are welcome at the front, on a lead.

9. Damage to accommodations and damage to or loss of furniture and decoration must be reported and compensated by the glamper. The management will deduct the amount of the damage or loss directly from the deposit. If the amount of the damage or loss exceeds the deposit, the management will issue an additional invoice to the glamper.

10. Waste must be placed in the bins. Accommodations must be left tidy. Duvet covers, pillowcases and mattress protectors may be removed from the bed and left on the floor.

11. In the event of cancellation between the date of the booking confirmation and 2 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total rental sum will be charged. In the event of cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival, the full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. In the event of earlier departure or later arrival than booked, no refund of payments made will be given.

The lessor has the right to cancel the agreement in the event of bad weather conditions that create safety risks, including but not limited to: wind speeds of at least 80 kilometres per hour. In that case the full amount will be refunded to the lessee, or a new stay period will be sought in consultation. The lessee is not entitled to any additional compensation, regardless of any loss the lessee may suffer.

12. The management accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, personal injury or accidents caused to persons or property during or as a result of a stay with us.

Everyone who makes a booking accepts these terms and conditions and our guidelines.

Failure to comply with the general rules and guidelines may result in removal, without any refund of the rental sum or part thereof.

Despite our care, you may still have a complaint. To enable us to resolve it as quickly as possible, we ask you to report it immediately, preferably by e-mail at [email protected] or during our call hours (available on the website) on 014 51 41 42.
