03 Organising it yourself?
Rather take the helm yourself?
No guide needed — simply hire canoes or kayaks, grab your paddles and set off on the Kleine Nete. Ideal for smaller departments, as a relaxing finish after a meeting, or for groups who prefer to set their own pace.
Trips from 1 to 4 hours, with start and finish at the Ark estate. Catering and glamping can be added as you wish.

05 Frequently asked questions
Good to know beforehand.

What if the weather lets us down?
Most programmes go ahead in any weather. If needed, we provide a tent or an indoor alternative. In truly extreme conditions we'll look at rescheduling the activities together.

Is catering included?
Catering is optional but very handy to have everything under one roof. From a sandwich lunch to an extensive (BBQ) buffet or a walking dinner. Anything is possible.

Can you provide accommodation?
Yes. Our glamping accommodations on the estate are suitable for groups of up to fifty people. Ideal for multi-day incentives or a finale with an overnight stay.

How far in advance should I book?
For high season (May–September) and the end-of-year period we recommend booking at least six weeks ahead. For other periods shorter notice usually works — just ask us.

Can I get an invoice in my company's name?
Of course. Pass on your VAT details with your request and you'll receive a correct invoice in your company's name after the programme.

What if one participant has limited mobility?
Let us know in your request. For almost every programme we can find a suitable role or a less physical variant so everyone can fully join in.
