05 Frequently asked questions
Good to know beforehand.

Can we combine several spaces?
Absolutely. Many events combine a meeting in the brasserie with an activity at Ark Beach and a party in the big marquee, for example. We align it all in one proposal.

Do you take care of the catering?
Yes, everything runs through our own catering team on site. From a sandwich lunch to an extensive buffet, a well-prepared barbecue or a walking dinner — vegetarian and special diets included.

How many people can you host?
From intimate groups of about ten people to large events with 250 guests in the marquee. Tell us your group size and we'll suggest the right space(s).

Can guests stay the night?
Yes. Our glamping accommodation on site sleeps up to fifty people, breakfast included. Ideal to round off an evening event or for a multi-day programme.

How far in advance should we book?
For high season (May–September) and the end-of-year period we recommend booking at least six weeks in advance. For other periods it usually works at shorter notice — feel free to ask.

Do we get an invoice in the company's name?
Of course. Pass on your VAT details with your request and you'll receive a correct invoice in your company's name after the event.
